Thank you for choosing Young Family Dental. We are in-network with many PPO dental benefit plans. We will collect your estimated patient portion at the time of service. We will then electronically submit (as long as your provider allows us to) your claim to your insurance provider and they send their payment directly to our office. If they do not accept electronic submissions we will mail it for you. There is no paperwork for you.
Your dental benefits are a contract between you and your employer. We encourage you to read over the booklet provided to you by your employer when you became eligible for your benefits. Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your dental care. Most plans include a co-payment, and deductible. Insurance coverage is not, and never has been, a guideline for quality care.
For patients with no insurance coverage, we have an in-house discount plan available.
